SEA ANGEL is a 1993 Lagoon 42’ TPI sailing catamaran.   The design was awarded “Winner of the Sailing World Boat of the Year – Overall category” in 1992.  It is an early Lagoon design and is built with very sleek lines, abundance of structural fiberglass both in the solid and cored parts of the hull, a deeper than normal draft and excellent bridge deck clearance.   With Recent retrofits and upgrades she is truly a safe, fast and very solid big ocean, blue water boat.

Sea Angels recent retrofit includes:  All new electronics including;  Raymarine autopilot, Raymarine wind instruments, Raymarine C97 MFD with sonar, Raymarine HD color radar, Raymarine tri-data instrument, Icom M802 SSB with antenna tuner, Pactor Dragon 7400 modem (email), Standard Horizon VHF with AIS, and Clarion stereo.  All instrumentation is integrated into new nav station and helm station consoles.  All new running rigging.  All new standing rigging. New main sail lazy cradle.  New Harken
jib roller furler.  New blue water reefing Jib. New Rocna 25 (55lb) primary anchor with new 3/8” HT chain (300’).  New secondary Fortress anchor.  New 3 blade props. Majority of electrical wiring replaced.  New plumbing systems.  Two new Raritan Marine Elegance fresh water electric flush toilets.  New 630 GPD Schennaker reverse osmosis water maker.  Rebuilt 300W wind turbine. Four 75 watt Siemens solar panels (300W total). New Xantrex 3000W inverter charger. All new low draw LED lighting throughout.  New LED navigation lights.  New 110VAC forced air system. New engine instruments and control cables.  New L6 size 6V house battery bank (980WH).  New engine start batteries.


Safety equipment includes:  Avon 6 man survival raft (certified 2013).  Two automatic self-inflating offshore life jackets with tethers.  Ships EPIRB.  One personal on watch EPIRB.  25MM flare set.  12 standard life jackets.  One survival suit.
